And AD & FT for finishing first (based on points) for Youth Women. Claps Claps to everyone!! And the seniors too =)
Got to thank Adeline for constantly motivating and keeping my spirits up throughout the whole race. Thank you dear! You have been an awesome race partner! And chill, for a girl of your height I don’t see why you are afraid of heights.
2 Star Kayaking last Sunday. Initially, I was being my usual self, panicking and whining at the sight of the sea but after a while, specifically after I managed to complete Level 2 of the Eskimo Bow rescue, I felt more at ease with the water around me. And I am starting the get the feel of being underwater and capsized. Paired up with LF for the Eskimo Bow rescue and I think I kind of annoyed him ’cause I kept saying I was scared and stuff. But thanks to him, I am slowly getting the hang of capsizing. Soon, I’ll be able to do it with zero fear! Haha.
First PT ever since school closed more than a month ago. We were supposed to do 8km but because some of us had Pinnacle on Saturday and almost everyone went for kayaking the day before, the PT I/Cs cut it down to 4.8km. I managed to complete the full 4.8km despite feeling feverish and sick. Thought that I might have to make a U-turn at the 3.3km half-point or might have to stop at the 4.8km half-point but I forced myself to get it over and done with so thank God, I came back to school safe and sound. Did conditioning after PT which aggravated my muscle aches since Pinnacle and kayaking.
Watched Narnia on Channel 5 a few days ago and I got reminded of our June OT where a bunch of us watched Prince Caspian for a mere S$3.50 =)
Oh crap, my IRRITATING sister needswants to use the computer. GND!
