PT: 5 sets of intervals = 125 storeys + 125 Sit-Ups + 125 Push-Ups + 125 Squats/Jumping Jacks. Today’s PT felt like hell. Don’t know why but after the first set I already felt like dying and apparently I wasn’t the only one feeling that way. My thigh muscles felt super tight and I felt like my legs were going to give way soon. Subsequent sets got MUCH better. Muscles weren’t aching that badly, that’s good. I have yet to master push-ups! Yeah yeah, Guides don’t do push-ups!! The last 2 sets were the best =) Felt super motivated to finish my last 2 sets. Tried different ways of climbing stairs. I used to take double steps all the way up 25 storeys. Then I realised that I’m working more on my thigh muscles and not much on my calves muscles. So I tried taking single steps all the way up 25 storeys and my calves muscles cramped like hell. So now I’m going to take alternate single, double every 5 storeys! Get to work both my calves and thighs, equally =) Carrying hydropack kind of restricted my movement but I guess I will have to get used to carrying a backpack for OT. I like sucking the hydropack tube! Makes me feel like a baby =)
Sad=( I’m not going for the outdoor First Aid course this Saturday. I have to go for MFB meeting at CDC =( Sad that I can’t get to go for ODAC but at the same time, I can’t wait for Saturday to come! I haven’t seen the peeps for ages!!! Last time I saw them was probably during the formation of the alumni last year. MISS THEM LIKE CRAZY!

I WANT TO CUT MY HAIR SHORT! For OT! Having a ponytail during OT is very uncomfortable. When you sweat, your sweat will start dripping from your ponytail, drip drip drip. Then your rubber band will get damn wet and your whole head feels super wet, sticky and not to mention stinky =/ Then you will keep having this I-need-to-wash-my-hair feeling but obviously during OT you are denied of the privelege to do so. BUT BUT BUT when I let mt hair down, it will curl like crazy! Very uglyyyy.
